Revised Lasertank Utilities Suite (V. 9.4.0)

This is the latest LaserTank Utilities Suite (V. 9.4.0)
The following changes were made:
1. In LTCopyLv.exe: Added a 'multiple occurences of one level' selection option, and the user can now specify more than the number of levels in the input Levels file.
2. Added an "h" or "H" option to, and tweaked the text in, the "Enter Levels" dialog boxes of: LTCompLv.exe, LTCopyHS.exe, LTCopyLv.exe, LTCpyLPB.exe, LTDRsCHS.exe, LTFDupLv.exe, LTFMatLv.exe, LTListLv.exe and LTRemvLv.exe.
3. Corrected a long-standing (but obscure) bug in the display of Initials in the dialog boxes of: LTCopyHS.exe, LTDRsCHS.exe, LTFDupLv.exe and LTFMatLv.exe.
4. Tweaked the layout of the 'select action' dialog boxes in LTCopyHS.exe.
5. Tweaked the text in the ReadMe.TXT file and several dialog boxes.
