It's me again.
I am stuck trying to get a block from the lower right quadrant up to the upper right. Is this the correct place to be? If so I need help.

Yes. You haven't said what you've done so far but you need to use mirrors to make a bridge at O11. Then you can get into the lower right to make a bridge in Column M so that you can push the one remaining block to M4.

I have placed movable mirrors at D7 & D11. I am in the top right quad having destroyed two anti tanks. I am stuck as to how to get a block to O11.Please help. Thank you,

Ok, you just need to shoot the L12 mirror to L13 and then shoot K5 twice.
