This is the latest LaserTank Developer's Utilities Suite (V. 4.0.1).
The following changes were made:

1. All programs were updated to, and compiled with, WinBatch 2024A (vice 2001N).
Hence, WBDCC34I.DLL is replaced by WBDXA44I.DLL - see the "Installation and Removal of the LTDUS" section of the ReadMeDv.TXT file.

2. Added a "Read Description" of LTDUSInt.exe button to its main dialog, and redefined
its 'error return' options.

3. Refined the Functionally Equivalent (FE) criteria in LTGAPFLv.exe.

4. Added a discussion of the solubility of the matching Playfields in LTGAPLv.exe.

5. Simplified and standardized the Clipboard copy options in LTCmpGhs.exe and
LTGAPFLv.exe.

6. Expanded the closing dialog boxes in LTGAPLv.exe.

7. Fixed several small bugs in most programs.
