After 2 years, I finally found some time and motivation to update my javascript port of LaserTank:

It can be run on all "modern" devices, I tested it on an iPhone 5c (iOS 10), an iPhone SE (iOS 12), an Android phone, a Windows phone and a PC.

I added "cloud" support. Now you can load levels and graphics or save playbacks on GoogleDrive or OneDrive.

High scores files are still missing. You maybe have to wait another 2 years to have it

Good stuff, Lucien! I haven't exhaustively tested it but it seems to work as expected.

Is there a way to jump to (load) a particular level (tableau) within a .LVL file?

No, not yet.
It should be easier to do than high scores, so it will be the next feature to be added.

I just got a new lPad, and can’t go on this site, I get an error message Site insecure.

The latest iOS does this if it detects an issue with the way that the site communicates with your device. In this case, it's unlikely to be a problem but I've emailed Jack to pop in here and advise.

If you were to get this message when visiting your financial institution or any site asking for card details, that would be a concern!

The site is open to my old iPad. On my new iPad the message reads:
Security error: the operation is insecure.
