Hello F. You only waited 3½ hours before bumping. Sorry to say that I'm not sitting here monitoring the forum all day and nor, I suspect, is anyone else. This is a very quiet forum so I usually only check in once or twice a day.
This level is also currently unsolved and it is the tradition in LaserTank not to provide solutions or strong hints for unsolved levels.
However, I am pleased that you have fallen into the trap that I set so I am feeling magnanimous and will give you a clue. I may or may not be stroking a cat on my lap.
There is a break in the pattern of the little strips of water. Why is there a gap at D6?
I hope that provides you with some enlightenment.

As I explained above, the level is currently unsolved so I'm not going to publish a step-by-step solution. I am trying to provide you with a hint so that you can try to work it out for yourself and experience the satisfaction of your own achievement.
Let me be more direct: the gap at D6 is for something to pass through. Second clue: You only have 50% of the movable pieces (in the left half of the board) in the correct places.
