(solved) Beginner-II.lvl and level 1322
That is most hardest level in the Beginner-II.lvl!!! That level shouldn't exist in Beginner-II.lvl!!! I keep trying everyday everyday with no success!!!

The difficulty of a particular level is always subjective although I agree that this is probably borderline "Easy".
I've just had a quick look at the level and I think that 3 Movable Blocks need to be pushed into the central water so that you can get the rest of them out. That will leave you the 21 Blocks required to fill in the water and cyan tunnels at the edge.
There are probably several ways to do this but the first Block that I pushed into the water was G12.
